Eligibility to Participate

As long as you are a Taiwanese resident over 18 years old, have a Mamaway membership account, and accumulate monthly purchases of more than 20,000 TWD, you are eligible to become a "Senior Mom".

Once you meet the qualifications to become a "Senior Mom," simply submit the "Apply for Senior Mom Upgrade" request in the Mamaway App. After approval, within about 5 business days, you will be upgraded from "Junior Mom" to "Senior Mom"!

Reward Method

When someone purchases a product through the link you shared on the Mamaway App and completes the transaction, you will receive 'Baby Bucks' as a reward based on the price of the purchased item. The reward rate will be in accordance with the announcement made by Mamaway at that time.

After confirming that the buyer has not requested a refund, you will receive the 'Baby Bucks' within approximately 14 business days.

If the buyer returns or refunds the purchase, the transaction will not be counted towards your rewards. If the 'Baby Bucks' have already been issued, they will be deducted.

How to Use "Baby Coins"

Regular members can use 'Baby Bucks' to deduct from the purchase amount of Mamaway products, while 'Senior Mom' members can choose to convert 'Baby Bucks' into cash and withdraw it.

Simply click 'Request Withdrawal' in the Mamaway App. For the first withdrawal, you will need to upload your Taiwanese ID and bank account information for verification. Each withdrawal must be at least 1,000 TWD. Once approved, the funds will be transferred by the 10th of the following month after your withdrawal request (postponed if it falls on a holiday). Any fees related to the transfer or refund will be borne by you, but if the specified account is with Cathay Bank, the fees will be waived.

Yes, “Baby Bucks” earned in a given year will expire on December 31st of the following year. Unused “Baby Bucks” will become invalid after the expiration date.

You can share product reviews and tag items on the Mamaway App. With just your phone, you can share your parenting life and experiences, and have the chance to earn more cash!
