About Promotion

Why can't I insert a code? 无法输入折扣码

Our store does not allow double promotion, it is either Bundle or Code. Meaning, if you have added a bundle into your cart, the code field at checkout page will automatically disappear. To ensure you can insert your code, make sure the products added are not bundles. 


How do I redeem free gift/ item/ product? 领取赠品

Please add the free gift into your shopping cart before checking out, then you can enjoy the free gift. (Gift card will be sent to you through email.)


Any code for my first purchase?初次购物优惠

Yes. You may insert code: LOVEMAMAWAY for your first purchase to enjoy RM10 off. No deadline for using this code, meaning that you can use it anytime even your second purchase. Limited to one use per account.


About Referral Program

When will I receive my referral program reward?好友推荐活动回馈

It takes 3 working days to verify after your friend completed his/hers purchase. Please notify our support team if you do not receive any email in more than 5 days.

About Product 

How can I do if I purchase the wrong size? 更换尺寸

Please make sure the product(s) & packaging are NEW (without washing + tag/ label attached as the original), then you can notify our support team to request exchange. Please take a look at our return procedure

Due to hygiene reasons, panties are not included for size exchange.



About Delivery 

Can I amend my order after making payment?修改订单

No amendment or cancellation is allowed. If you would like to amend your shipping details, you may notify our support team via whatsapp (0109441128) or Instagram (@mamawaymy).

We will try our best to meet your request. However, if your order has been processed and parcel was handed to the courier company, we're unable to modify it.

About Payment

What kind of payment method do you provide? 付款方式

We provide credit card and online banking payment for Malaysian customers. Credit card is only allowed for Singapore and Brunei customers. Currently we don't provide Cash on Delivery (COD). We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Mamaway Malaysia does not provide order cancellation and any cash refund. Please contact our support team for credit refund for specific case. After we verify your case, we will provide credit refund directly to your member account.
