How to make a FREE size exchange?

We understand it can be difficult to find the right size, especially at this exciting time of your life. We are here to help by giving you 10 days to find the right size. Mamaway will bear the shipping fee of sending you the correct size items and customer will bear the shipping fee sending the wrong size items.

  1. Request size exchange within 10 days after you received the items. Contact our customer service via Whatsapp or Email (cs.my@mamaway.com) Please provide the following information: Your order number/ Product(s) you would like to change size/ The size you would like to change (the correct size)
  2. Our team will provide you with a return number once your request is approved. Kindly write the return number on the parcel consignment note.
  3. Send the wrong size item to our warehouse and let us know the tracking number of the consignment note.
  4. Once our warehouse confirms received the return item(s) and confirms the condition of the item(s) is NEW. We will ship out the correct size you requested to you within 7 working days.

Exchange Condition

  • Any returned item must be in the same condition with all labels/tags attached as the original (with original box/ plastic bag).
  • We don't accept size exchange on discontinued items or to other products unless faulty.
  • When we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to reimburse the returned items. Items in an unsaleable condition will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Refund Policy

Mamaway Malaysia does not provide order cancellation and any cash refund. Please contact our support team for credit refund for specific case. After we verify your case, we will provide credit refund directly to your member account. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Mamaway Malaysia will bear the shipping fee (within Malaysia) for sending the customer the correct items. Customer will need to send the wrong size items to Mamaway Malaysia's warehouse.
  • For Singapore orders, we allow exchanging size with the same T&C but the customers need to bear the shipping fee of sending the correct items to Singapore.
  • Request within 10 DAYs after you received the items.
  • Each order only allows size exchange ONCE. If you wish to change more than 1 item, kindly request together.
  • Exchanges are only available for the size of the same style; exchange for a different product/color is not allowed.
  • For reasons of hygiene & safety, we are NOT able to accept the return of panties/briefs, swimwear, and tights unless faulty.
  • Mamaway Malaysia has the right to end or modify this promotion at any time without notice.
