Correct flange size: During pumping, your nipple should move freely inside the tunnel without excessive friction. It should not feel tight or painful, and only a small amount of areola should be drawn into the tunnel.
How to Measure：Measure 30 minutes to 1 hour after pumping.

Step 1 Measure your nipple diameter (not including the areola).
Step 2 Add 4–6 mm (for comfortable movement).
