About Premature Infants

According to World Health Organization (WHO), babies born before 37 weeks of pregnancy are defined as premature infants.

Premature infants are at a higher risk of experiencing related sequelae and complications because their organs have not yet fully developed. The smaller the gestational age or the lower the birth weight, the higher the likelihood of health issues for the baby.
