Clothing/ Bedding Fabric Care

  • The first wash of new clothing may release excess dye, which is normal (avoid using hot water). 
  • Do not soak dark and light-coloured clothing or garments with different fabric patches simultaneously to prevent distortion, fading, or colour bleeding.
  • To maintain the garment's condition, it is recommended to turn it inside out and use a laundry bag during washing. Use low-speed and short-cycle washing and spin-drying. The water temperature should be below 30℃, and a neutral detergent is advised.
  • Avoid using a dryer to prevent garment shrinkage.
  • Refrain from using detergents containing bleach, fluorescent brighteners, or fabric softeners, as they may cause discolouration or fading.
  • After washing, do not let the clothing sit for an extended period to prevent colour transfer.
  • When using a washing machine, gently spin-dry and promptly hang the clothes. Avoid leaving them wet and stationary for too long to prevent colour bleeding.

Jeans

  • The products are dyed with non-toxic dyes, free from azo dyes, and do not contain free formaldehyde.

  • Our products undergo pure hand washing/whitening, resulting in a unique lustre for each item. Gradual fading over time is a natural occurrence.
  • For dark-coloured items, avoid direct contact and friction with light-coloured clothing or items (bags, shoes, sofas, cushions, etc.).

To check the balance and expiration date of your Store Credits, please log in and go to Member > Account Balance > Store Credits.

  • We understand that finding the right size, especially during this exciting time of your life, can be challenging. To assist you, we provide a cooling-off period of 10 days to find the correct size. Mamaway will cover the shipping fee (within Malaysia) for sending you the correct size items, while the customer is responsible for the shipping fee when sending back the wrong size items.

  • Each order allows for size exchange ONLY ONCE. If you wish to change multiple items, kindly request them together. Exchanges are only available for the same style and colour; exchanging for a different product/ colour is not allowed.

  • Mamaway Malaysia reserves the right to end or modify this promotion without notice. 

Item Condition

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please note that we do not accept size exchanges for discontinued items or other products unless they are faulty.

  • Upon receiving your returned parcel, we will thoroughly inspect the condition of the items before proceeding with the reimbursement process. Items deemed unsaleable will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to you at your own expense.

  • For reasons of hygiene & safety, we CANNOT accept returns of panties/ briefs, swimwear, and tights unless they are faulty.

Exchange Steps

  1. Please go to My Account > Order Inquiry > Select the size you want to exchange, then click the "Exchange" button. 

  2. Click "Confirm Exchange" to complete the exchange application. Please pack the exchange item in its original packaging and write your Order Number on the airway bill. Ship it back to the shown address and upload the tracking number under the order you requested to exchange. 

  3. Once Mamaway warehouse confirms the receipt of the returned item(s) and verifies that the item(s) are in NEW condition, we will dispatch the correct size you requested within 7 working days.

  4. Please go to My Account > Exchange Order to follow up on the shipping status of your item with the correct sizes. 

We allow size exchanges for overseas orders under the same T&C, but customers need to bear the shipping fee for sending the correct items to your country.

Mamaway Malaysia does not facilitate order cancellations or offer cash refunds. Please reach out to our support team for Point refunds in specific cases. Once your case is verified, we will issue the Point refund directly to your member account.

If you fail to make the payment the first time, the item will still be reserved for you. Please contact us for the remake payment request; you can make the payment within 3 hours.

The order will be cancelled after 3 hours.

Due to operational differences between stores and the official website, it is not possible to exchange items at the physical store. Please make the exchange according to your original purchase method.

Expected delivery in 7-14 business days to Singapore or Brunei.

Points obtained from January 1, 2024, are valid until the end of the following year.

For example, Points obtained before December 31, 2023, expire on December 31, 2024.

  • Mamaway Reward Points are for personal use only and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Mamaway Reward Points can only be used at Mamaway direct stores and the official website in Malaysia. They do not apply to other websites or channels.

  • The currency in which Points are redeemed will be based on the location of the redeeming online store.

  • Rewards cannot be redeemed against purchases of gift vouchers and postage.

  • Rewards can only be redeemed once. All Rewards have an expiry date at which point they will no longer be available for redemption.
