  • We understand that finding the right size, especially during this exciting time of your life, can be challenging. To assist you, we provide a cooling-off period of 10 days to find the correct size. Mamaway will cover the shipping fee (within Malaysia) for sending you the correct size items, while the customer is responsible for the shipping fee when sending back the wrong size items.

  • Each order allows for size exchange ONLY ONCE. If you wish to change multiple items, kindly request them together. Exchanges are only available for the same style and colour; exchanging for a different product/ colour is not allowed.

  • Mamaway Malaysia reserves the right to end or modify this promotion without notice. 

Item Condition

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please note that we do not accept size exchanges for discontinued items or other products unless they are faulty.

  • Upon receiving your returned parcel, we will thoroughly inspect the condition of the items before proceeding with the reimbursement process. Items deemed unsaleable will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to you at your own expense.

  • For reasons of hygiene & safety, we CANNOT accept returns of panties/ briefs, swimwear, and tights unless they are faulty.

Exchange Steps

  1. Please go to My Account > Order Inquiry > Select the size you want to exchange, then click the "Exchange" button. 

  2. Click "Confirm Exchange" to complete the exchange application. Please pack the exchange item in its original packaging and write your Order Number on the airway bill. Ship it back to the shown address and upload the tracking number under the order you requested to exchange. 

  3. Once Mamaway warehouse confirms the receipt of the returned item(s) and verifies that the item(s) are in NEW condition, we will dispatch the correct size you requested within 7 working days.

  4. Please go to My Account > Exchange Order to follow up on the shipping status of your item with the correct sizes. 

We allow size exchanges for overseas orders under the same T&C, but customers need to bear the shipping fee for sending the correct items to your country.

Mamaway Malaysia does not facilitate order cancellations or offer cash refunds. Please reach out to our support team for Point refunds in specific cases. Once your case is verified, we will issue the Point refund directly to your member account.

Due to operational differences between stores and the official website, it is not possible to exchange items at the physical store. Please make the exchange according to your original purchase method.
