產後終於找回腰身!

我要分享mamaway 的束腹帶，個人很喜歡這款束腹帶的一點是它的材質很透氣，穿在身上不會感覺到很悶熱。因為在月子期間都會吃些中藥，感覺身體也比較燥熱，容易流汗。
第一胎穿別的牌子的束腹帶會覺得很彆扭，整個人就很黏的感覺QQ
而且這款束腹帶穿上後覺得很舒適，不會感覺刺刺的，服貼之餘也很輕薄，
走路和坐下時也不會有很大的不適感。他們家是使用竹炭成分所以材質方面也屬於比較柔軟。

個人覺得產後有使用束腹帶，真的可以比較明顯地看到修復效果。
加上這款有兩條輔助帶，可以緊實肚皮和腰型更明顯，身材也會比較快回到產前的最佳狀態!

產後恢復期一直都是很多媽咪們關注的話題，因為生了寶寶後肚皮會有些鬆弛，所以我生了兩胎都有在用產後束腹帶來緊實肚皮和修飾腰型，希望可以恢復到以前的狀態。
所以個人覺得選擇一款適合自己的束腹帶其實是蠻重要的哦!
